Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using USDTFaucet (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
  • You may hold one account only. Multiple accounts, shared devices and shared IP addresses are not allowed.
  • You log in with the email address linked to your FaucetPay account and a password of your choice. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • Your FaucetPay email must be valid and linked to an active FaucetPay account, as all withdrawals are sent there.

3. Earning & Withdrawals

  • Rewards are denominated in Tether (USDT), a stablecoin. 1 USDT is intended to equal 1 US dollar.
  • Rewards are credited for genuinely completed activities (faucet claims, PTC ads, videos, shortlinks, tasks, wheel spins, bonuses, referrals).
  • Any attempt to defraud the Service — bots, emulators, automation, VPN/proxy usage, ad-blockers, fake activity or multiple accounts — results in forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban.
  • Withdrawals are processed instantly to FaucetPay once the minimum withdrawal amount is reached. The Service may hold or reverse payouts in cases of suspected fraud or chargebacks.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the Service through VPNs, proxies, Tor or hosting/datacenter IPs.
  • Automating interactions with the Service in any way (scripts, bots, emulators, virtual machines).
  • Interfering with the Service, attempting to exploit bugs, or reverse-engineering its anti-fraud mechanisms.

5. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or endangers the Service. Balances on terminated accounts for fraud are forfeited.

6. Changes & Liability

We may modify the Service and these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our liability to you is limited to the balance held in your account at the time a claim arises.
